30-day return policy

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. Eligible items must be unused, unwashed, complete, and in the original packaging.

Costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Damage or errors

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Payment providers may require additional processing time.
